About Mullenator Threads

Hi! I'm Jessica Lauer (The Mullenator), Founder of Mullenator Creative, where I help clients bring their ideas to life through professional graphic design. As my business grew, I realized there was another way I could help organizations make an even bigger impact. That's what inspired me to create my side company, Mullenator Threads.

Mullenator Threads was created to make custom merchandise simple, whether you're looking to raise funds for a meaningful cause or provide high-quality branded products for your business or organization.

For schools and nonprofits, I build fully customized online fundraising shops filled with products their communities will actually love—from apparel and drinkware to home décor, accessories, gifts, and so much more. I handle the design, setup, and management of each shop, allowing organizations to choose the products they want to offer and the profit they'd like to earn from every sale. Every purchase helps support their mission, whether that's funding school programs, supporting a nonprofit initiative, or strengthening their community.

I also work with businesses by providing an easy, on-demand way to order custom branded products for employees, clients, events, and everyday business needs. Instead of investing in large inventory orders or worrying about minimum quantities, businesses can order exactly what they need, when they need it. Their branding can be updated throughout the year, making it easy to introduce new apparel, promotional products, onboarding gifts, or seasonal merchandise without the hassle of storing inventory.

How does a custom shop service work?

An online merchandise shop setup with Mullenator Threads is perfect if you’re starting from scratch and want a fully managed, ready-to-sell online shop. We handle the setup, management, and fulfillment so you can focus on sharing your shop and growing your sales.

Mullenator Threads will design and build your online merchandise shop, upload your custom products, and make them available for purchase. A specific domain will be created making it easy for sharing to your customers and social media.

We’ll work together to set pricing for each product. I’ll provide the base production cost for each item and you choose how much you’d like to add as your profit margin. There are no minimum order requirements, so customers can order as little or as much as they’d like. Customers will be charged for shipping, and all orders will be produced and shipped directly to them. Shipping is determined by product and address. There is a discount given on shipping for customers that purchase multiple items.

Will I be able to offer discounts?

Yes, there are options to provide coupon codes for free shipping promotions, discounts, and special offers if you’d like to have them throughout the year. (Please note: any discounts or waived shipping will be deducted from your monthly profit.)
Are there any fees or setup charges?

There is no setup fee and no monthly charges. There will be a Mullenator Threads service and production fee added to each product.
Payments & Reporting

All customer payments are processed through Mullenator Threads. You will receive your profits once per month via check mailed directly to you (received by the 20th of each month). To keep everything transparent, you’ll also have access to a live spreadsheet where you can track orders in real time, monitor your monthly sales, and see your estimated profit payout. This report is updated M-F during office hours.
Will I be able to make bulk orders so that I can sell product in person?

Need to purchase items outside of your online shop? Bulk ordering is available at any time for events, restocks, or special requests. Submit your order sheet with item details, quantities, and sizes, and Mullenator Threads will take care of the rest. You’ll receive a detailed order summary for approval before anything is sent to production. Once approved and payment is received, your order will be processed and shipped directly to your preferred address, with delivery typically within 10-12 business days. Payment can be made by check or paid online with a 3% processing fee.
